Interlibrary Loan Article Request

Interlibrary Loan Article Request Form This form is used for UC patrons to request journal and other periodical articles that are not available through UC Library sources. Articles will be emailed to the patron's UC email address as a PDF document.

Please allow 2-5 business days to receive articles.

Interlibrary Loan Book Chapter/Essay Request This form is used to request chapters or essays from books that are not available through UC Library resources. Chapters will be emailed to the patron's UC email address.

Please allow 2-5 business days to receive chapter /essay.

Interlibrary Loan Book Request Form This form is used to request books from other libraries. Online UC students can also request books from UC's library that will be mailed to thier home address. Students cannot request course textbooks through Interlibrary Loan.

Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive books due to mail service delays.

Survey Request Inquiry Form
Use this form if you need assistance finding a survey, testing instrument, or measurement.

Interlibrary Loan Renewal Request Form
Renewals are generally extended to (2) weeks with a maximum request of (4) weeks.

Please allow 3-5 days for renewal requests to be sent to the loaning library. ILL staff will notify you via email if your request is granted or declined. Renewal requests are determined by the loaning library, and are not guaranteed
