Where is the library?
The Hagan Memorial Library is located in the center of campus by the fountain on the first and second floors of the Charles Smiddy Learning Center.
When is the library open?
We are open Monday - Thursday from 7:45 - 10:00 PM, Friday from 7:45 to 5:00 PM, Saturday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Sundays from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. These hours are subject to change for holidays and breaks so make sure you keep an eye on the library homepage for updates.
How do I check out books or other materials?
Bring your student I.D. to the circulation desk along with the item or items you wish to check out.
How do I check out a laptop?
Bring your student I.D. to the Instructional Media Library on the second floor. The first time you check out a laptop you will have to complete some paperwork so be preapred to spend a few minutes at the desk.
How do I find a book on the shelves?
Use the library catalog to find your book's call number and then use the library map to find your item.
How do I reach a librarian?
You can visit us in the library and find us on the map or you can contact us.When you come into the library you can often find help waiting for you at the reference and circulation desks.
What is Interlibrary Loan?
Interlibrary loan is where we borrow books or other materials from other libraries to help you with your research.
